Provides most recent, user friendly versions of SWIFT (Sweep Imaging with Fourier Transformation) pulse sequence integrated with software allowing a fast local and remote image reconstruction. - Implemented Look-Locker approaches to collect T1, T1rho, B1 etc. maps in one shot
- The fitting program integrated with reconstruction creates the maps automatically after the data acquisition
- FMRI protocol optimized based on MB-SWIFT
- The package is used by different groups at CMRR and outside of UMN. Feedback from these groups allows continuous optimization and modification of the product.
Phase of Development:
- Software package is ready for use on Bruker MRI scanners
- The SWIFT method is written for ParaVision 360 v 3.5
- The integrated reconstruction software implemented on C/C++ using OpenVnmrJ environment
