High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Visualizer Software

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) simulation software helps the user to visualize and to determine whether a proposed configuration will work prior to purchase of the parts. The software simulates the flow through a custom designed complex series of valves and tubing associated with HPLC. It allows the user to place pumps, valves and other HPLC components in a virtual workspace and connect them with tubing. The software then displays the fluid flow and calculates backpressure, dispersion and gradient delay. Additional information and access to the simulator is available at www.hplcsimulator.org.

HPLC Simulator with Drag and Drop Capability

It is often difficult to visualize the fluid flow through all the valves, tubing and other parts of the HPLC setup prior to purchasing the equipment. This HPLC simulator software is unique in that it provides the user with drag-and-drop capabilities in a virtual environment with a custom set up. The software allows the user to experiment with different HPLC setups and to share with collaborators.
